What's Included
When you book a shoot at 1BSI, your package can include:
- Island access and transportation for your crew and equipment
- On-island support with logistics and site access
- Use of our natural settings and amenities (beach, docks, boats, trails, shower/bathroom, rope swing, etc.)
- Assistance coordinating additional vendors (caterers, stylists, etc.)
Booking Options
Single Site Shoot
Perfect for portraits, small shoots, or lifestyle photography.
- One-hour session: $100 (available only when not hosting overnight guests)
- Hourly rate: $75/hour (3-hour minimum)
- Overnight shoot: Contact us for pricing (overnight rentals begin at 3 PM with checkout at 10 AM)
Island-Wide Shoot
For full-island productions, video projects, or large creative teams.
- One-hour session: $300 (available only when not hosting overnight guests)
- Hourly rate: $275/hour (3-hour minimum)
- Overnight shoot: Contact us for pricing (overnight rentals begin at 3 PM with checkout at 10 AM)
Fine Print (But Still Friendly)
- A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all shoots.
- House Rules apply to all visitors, including photographers and crews.
- Outdoor photography must conclude by sunset to respect nature and neighbors.
